Claudia Beresford 87e11ed653 Switch StringArrayVar flags to use StringSliceVar 
StringSliceVar allows for more flexibility when passing vars to list
flags.
Both formats will be supported:
- '--foo=one --foo=two'
- '--foo=one,two'
