Kevin Stillhammer	e7129688fa	Set tool(-bin) dir and add to PATH ... Make sure the default tool bin dir or the user supplied is added to the PATH. Kevin Stillhammer	d9a2b6b6fa	Support a list of cache-dependency-glob (#41) ... Closes: #40 Because of build conflics (forgot to run `npm i` after pulling) I deleted the `dist`folder to start fresh.
